Si Popoi at Si Basha...

all seasons in one day

popoi_and_basha_pic.jpg

Good morning, PeopleSupport!

Welcome to another edition of Guess That Supervisor! Or in this case, supervisors, plural.

Let me introduce our two new Da-Who's!

Si Popoi and Basha!

Both of them are currently single although, Basha is rumored to be in an on-again-off-again "M.U." relationship with some outsider which hasn't been deemed official ever since they started going out again.

Hesitate much, B?

Popoi, on the otherhand, is extremely unattached. And detached, if I might add.

Lately kasi, si Popoi, parang laging tulala. Nawawala sa sarili. Maybe, bothered siya dahil him and Basha seem to be drifting apart more and more each day. Or maybe dahil constipated lang siya. I just don't know, dear readers.

These two seem to be perfect for each other. Both young and good-looking, smart and fashionable, pang-showbiz baga.

Pero they just seem to casually walk over the thin line of being friends and being lovers.

But don't get me wrong. Wala pang nangyayari sa kanila.

They just kissed.

For several minutes.

In front of me.

On my living room sofa.

One drunken Red Horse morning.

They must have thought little old me was sleeping. Little did they know, I had one eye open as I definitely felt zumkindofa zexual tenzion going on.

Maraming bumubooking sa maling akala, sabi nga nila.

Nobody in the Operations Floor knows that these two have got a nifty little secret. But they are watching them both closely for any hint of something amiss.

Clue?

Si Basha, conservative type. But with a little spice of everything nice. Graveyard shift siya. Not overwhelmingly beautiful, but definitely cute. Daming nagkaka-crush sa kaniya. No ambitions of moving up as a manager, she's quite happy being just a humble supervisor. I just wish she'd quit smoking.

Hmp. His loss. Pero as long as he maintains that Dawson's Creek appeal of his, haaay, girls will still be swooning over him, if he isn't too busy playing for this account's basketball team, that is.

Buti pa sila, may intriga about love. Ako kaya? Kelan? Love ha! Hindi sex. Sawa na ako sa intriga about sex.

I Am A Calm and Peaceful Flower...

There's this new team incentive for overtime that was rolled out for us last week.

If you do twenty hours of overtime in a week, you receive, on top of your OT pay, an additional P3000.

Not bad, di ba?

Twenty hours? I thought, Chicken!

Marami-rami na rin akong taong natarayan lately, and it doesn't look like I'm about to stop anytime soon.

Ayoko pa naman na nagtataray ako. It's so contrary to how I really am. Deep inside, I'm a Disney Princess. When I sing, woodland creatures rush to my aid and help me get ready for the day by braiding my hair and sewing me a shirt.

The logical thing for me to do is to apply for leave so I could get some proper rest. Magpipilgrimage yata sa Tondo or something.

The other day, may isang maintenance guy ako na natarayan.

So we ended up in my place and had wild sweaty freaky sex. Hi hi. Joke lang. :)

I had just ended my shift and already at the corner of Ayala when I received a text message:

"San ka? Dito ako PS"

Hay. Si Pumpkin.

I was about to reply when I heard someone call me. Siya na nga. He was crossing over from RCBC. Naka-formal attire ang lolo mo. In fairness, bagay sa kaniya. Mukha siyang mapagkakatiwalaang insurance agent.

We headed over to uber-posh Jollijeep to buy some yosi.

"Bakit ka naka-formal?"

"I just came from an interview. Actually, I have another appointment in a company near Market Market in a couple of hours," Pumpkin added jokingly, "Alam mo ba, tuwang-tuwa ang mga interviewers ko because I'm so witty and have a fantastic twang!"

"Humble ka pa rin ano?" I answered.

"I always pray that I get female interviewrs. I seem to have more of an alluring effect towards them, you see," he smiled.

"So you're the typical discreet gay guy who is adored by females, I'm so happy for you," I said, sarcastically.

We got to talk about a lot of things.

"Anong bago sa PS?" he asked.

"Hello! I've always been famous!" he replied.

"Artistahin ka pa rin talaga," I added.

"Do you know that I met your old crush Roy C. the other weekend in Club Mafia?" he asked.

"OMG! Si Roy? How is he? Cute pa rin ba siya? Does he still wear those cool Oakley's?"

"Yeah, he looked good, pero mas cute ako. Plus, I think he was hitting on me," Pumpkin said.

I snorted, "Assuming ka masyado."

"He invited me to go wake-boarding with him!" he said.

"Wake-boarding? Yun na ba ang bagong code for one-night stand?" I asked.

He laughed and then asked, "So musta naman sa Exp****?"

"Ayun, dami pa ring tsismis at scandals.

"So, any flings lately?" I asked.

"Nope, and I am so not looking right now. I think I'll give it a rest for the meantime.

Before we parted ways, he promised that he would post a comment on my Friendster as soon as he got home.

And he did:

Eventologist Daw Oh!

sunny

beer2.jpg

Eventologist, my ass. Everyone can do what he does. With the right resources, of course.

So, what I need to do for this Saturday is set up dinner plans and after-dinner plans. It's a despedida party of sorts for my supervisor, Mitch, who will be leaving for greener pastures. Definitely greener.

Dinner's pretty easy. I already made reservations for 7 at 6PM sa Fish Out of Water sa Greenbelt 5. Balita ko masarap daw dun.

My teammate recommended it to me, and she used the magic words: "BIG SERVINGS". Ayoko ng may kahati. :)

Ang problema ko ay ang after-dinner plans.

I'm supposed to meet the rest of my teammates for inuman pero di ko alam kung saan.

Bakit kaya?)

So, malamang, hindi na lang sa Providence.

I guess pwede kaming magpaka-feelers and pumunta na lang ng Embassy. Kaso I really don't like the idea of paying more than 500hundred just for the entrance fee and para magfeeling sikat and sosyal and artistahin.

Soooosyal.
