A Travellerspoint blog

"We all want to be serious writers, pero ang totoo, we want to write the greatest love story of our lives, and ang pinakamimithi natin is, na maging totoo sana ito," dagdag pa ni Prof.

"Mga writers ang pinakamahirap maging dyowa or kaibigan kasi we expect a lot from the people in our lives," tuloy na lecture ni Prof, "High-maintenance people tayo kasi, often times, the people around us don't behave like the people in our stories.

"Deep inside, we're nothing but immature brilliant children showing the world the contents of our diaries," pagtatapos ni Prof, "hoping for someone to understand us."

This is true bookie. Even I felt a rush while reading this. Im also a writer and its all true. We want to write the greatest love story of our lives and we wish against wish and hope against hope that one day someone would come and make all these come true.

The life of a writer is lonely because only he can fill the void in him. We can write a story that ends with "and they lived happily ever after" but do our own stories end this way? Can we write this about ourselves? Its only a handful of people who can experience this bliss. Others are doomed to live a life of loneliness, a life of longing for that special someone to complete us and give us the happy ending we've always dreamed of.

Well I have to end this because I think Im ranting. And if you were wondering, Im lonelyboy. I forgot my password and I cant log-in to my account.

Sige na Bookie! Taas na kamay ko! Tinamaan ako! nakakainis mang isipin!

Well yeah, I think he's right... somehow someway in this alternate universe that we create for ourselves is a showcase for other writers too, those who appreciate what we do, and those who probably would do the same... we somehow understand each other... no matter how weird it sounds...

See why Pasha did not like bloggers in the first place? Because he doesn't feel everythin is worth readin...because probably, he couldn't write that much about himself... kahit naguguluhan ako sa point ko parang ganun yun... hehe

Anyway I like this experience, I learned a lot from those quotes...sana I learn these things too, maybe one day I could get the chance to enhance my word power too like you. you are one lucky guy...

In pretty much the same way people keep diaries...
In the hope that someday,(during or after the writer's life) someone would come across their papers and understand the lives they lived, who they are as a person...
