Last month, a friend of mine (thanks Jules!) referred my blog to this magazine and one thing led to another and...

well... here's the finished product!

It's in this month's Connect magazine, and please don't ask me where you can get a copy. If you work in a call center, then most likely your HR might be able to help you out.

I think it's for free.

Anyway, nung nabasa ko yung article, I realized I sounded so... so... so positive about my work.

Well, I guess I couldn't help it.

There was this HR girl watching over the interview, probably making sure I don't put my foot in my mouth.
