One of my previous trainees sent me an email yesterday, via Outlook:

"bookie..hi..i remember you said it pays to be nice to everybody pero yung sasabihan ka na "stupid!" you think it pays to be to be nice pa to that person?"

Reply naman agad ako:

"Dear, sino nagsabi sa yo nyan? tell me."

Ang sagot niya:

"yun lang bookie hindi ko sya kilala..nagkita kasi kami sa elevator tapos nagkabanggan..anyway bakla sya sabi pa nya sakin "bago ka ba"?
tapos bigla na lang syang nag bitiw ng salitang "stupid!"
tinignan nya pa id ko.."

Back then, I told my new-hire training class that it pays to be nice on the ops floor and to never be "mataray" to anyone. That it pays to be nice, period. I guess they took it to heart. Pero pag ganito namang nakakabastos na yung tao, ay naku, nakaka-imbiyerna siya. Naawa tuloy ako sa trainee ko.

If ever that gay guy is reading this, itong sa iyo: You're not rude because you're gay, you're rude kasi masama talaga ang ugali mo.

Hmp. Kaloka.

this is one of the main reasons why i hated a lot of folks in PS. While the environment is more familial than most call centers, there are these small groups of pathetic losers who think they're just above the rest. And after 6 years, they still exist!

kahit naman siguro saan eh merong di maganda ang ugali. let's just hope for karma para dun sa mga taong may kagaspangan ang pag-uugali. so far naman nung nasa PS ako eh ok naman ang mga people.

I agree with royalty, kung ako yung ginanyan, hinataw ko na sya ng ID ko kahit sobrang nipis na ngayon ng ID ng PS. hahaha

aayyy! sobra naman yun. if it happened to me, isusuot ko yung mukha nya sa armpit mga Jai Ho sa office. hanapin sa mug shots para ilagay dito as Wanted. bahala na ang ibang tao sa PS what kind of courtesy he deserves.

Ganyan na ba talaga ang mga tao sa PS..

Share ko lang ang isang incident na ngyari sa isang team mate ko..
most of my team mates (team mates ko din sa dating account ko) eh bago sa account namin ngaun, im also kinda new with the procedure and work flow kaya medyo na ngangapa kami, mga 5 or 6 weeks pa lang kami sa floor..

then one of the "VET REP daw" emailed our sup saying that, one of your agent made a mistake..then the sup emailed the "email trail" to the agent with the subject FYI. Then the agent admitted her mistake and said it wont happen again..

Unfortunately, etong si sup, nag-reply to all, ndi nya na edit ang distro list nya, saying BUBU #3. Dvah tamang gawain ba yan ng isang bagong promoted sup and VET REP..i mean duh! I was a mentor before pero ndi ako ganyan ka bitchy..

Wag lang talaga mangyari sakin yun...
I am not an angel u know..Baka kung anu magawa ko sa kanya.

Bakla ako pero alam ko ang meaning ng professionalism..baka pwede paki remind sya..

Alam mo kneeples, shit happens. Unless sure ka na ang gustong mangyari ni bagong promoted sup and VET REP ay mapahiya si agent o magtanda using the method mentioned above eh hindi mo dapat sila husgahan agad. Marse, hindi dito ang tamang avenue nyang hinanakit mo o ni agent involved (kung meron man). Sabi mo nga professional ka- then, I guess you would agree na daanin din ito sa propesyonal na paraan.

well, honestly, agree ako dun sa snabi mo daanin sa professional na paraan, dont you worry i am doing a formal email and address it to the right person, we tried to talk to he sup regarding sa attitude nya, but it didn't work well.

Ang gawing katawa-tawa ang isang tao na admitted sa mistake nya, is not acceptable. I don't want to argue with you regarding this, ndi ko din nilalabas ang hinanakit ko regarding that sup, which I really don't have any gait with her, my point is, ndi dapat tularan ang mga ganung attitude. The same attitude or pagiging rude ng gay na tinutukoy sa blog.
